Tigerline Ferry shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any inconvenience to any person or his/her baggage or any personal property, whether in respect of the ferry to and from the Island or in respect of any occurrence results from the negligence of Tigerline Ferry or any other person directly or indirectly in the employment or service of Tigerline Ferry or otherwise, under any circumstances whatsoever.
Tigerline Ferry does not accept any type of animal carriage
Tigerline Ferry does not accept any type of animal carriage. In case of guide dog, passenger must contact Tigerline Ferry call center +66980 168 181, at least 48 hours before the departure time and must check-in at Tigerline Check-in counter at the pier. Guide dogs accompanying Passengers with disabilities will be carried free of charge in addition to the normal free baggage allowance, subject to conditions specified by Tigerline Ferry.
Items Require Special Handling :
Tigerline Ferry does not allow passengers to load any vehicles (e.g. Motorbike, Scooter and Kayak)
Items Require Special Handling as diving equipment, surfboard, archery equipment, fishing equipment, which require special handling, are entitled of THB 500 per piece. For bicycle, which be packed in appropriate packaging, box, or prevent harm, are entitled of THB 1,000 per bike. Passenger must contact Tigerline Ferry call center +66980 168 181, at least 48 hours before the departure time and must check-in at Tigerline Check-in counter at the pier.
